Warranty Policy

New AEDs and other products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty are warranted by the product manufacturer, not by MD Solutions International, LLC.

All questions, support requests, and warranty claims involving a manufacturer’s warranty must be submitted by the customer directly to the applicable manufacturer. Warranty terms, coverage periods, eligibility requirements, and claim procedures vary by manufacturer and product.

Please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance with diagnosing the issue, determining whether it is covered under warranty, and completing the warranty claim process.

RECERTIFIED AED WARRANTY

Recertified AEDs purchased from us are warrantied to be free from manufacturing and material defects under normal service and use.

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery and continues for three years.

If warranty assistance is needed for a recertified AED, please contact customerservice@mdsimedical.com and provide:

• Your order number
• The AED serial number
• A description of the problem you are experiencing
